Overdue

There is alot to catch up on... yes it been awhile since the last entry. I didn't forget just a few hick-ups along the way (... the accident...summer school... and the wisdom tooth) that slowed me down but I'm BACK!!! I plan to be around for a loooong time. And with weather like this its good time for the great indoor. This is going to be l~o~n~g one...

Cooler than Cool

Zou San inspecting these jeans to make sure that everybit is fresh and cool. Although I had trouble keeping a straight face when Sarah-plain-and-tall (nah, just playing...shes lovely, except her name isn't Sarah) from Maple told me not, and she stressed, NOT to wash them for first few months but instead put it in the freezer. Did I miss something?? But anyway I love these jeans so that's that.

Sarah: So what aren't you gonna do?
Eric: Huh? Not gonna what?
Sarah: You're not going to...?
Eric: ...
Sarah: Wash'em. You're not going to wash them.

CRASH
Still shiver when i think of it.
Like I've been sayin "could've been so much worse..."
I had a minor accident about a month ago driving home after a late night. Fell asleep at the wheel and onto the concrete median strip. Most of the damage was at the front right quarter and I walked away without a scratch. The car been repaired and back on the road now...eek.
So... drive safe everyone... and listen to Dr. Karl.
I'm looking for new set of rims though. (no spinners thanks...)

LUPE @Metro Theatre, Sydney

...thats F-I-A-S-C to the O!
The Fiastroboy!!! He rocked Metro Sydney. One man. One turn table. Catch him if you ever get the chance. Michael Jordan check-1-2. Food & liquor. It was written... you dig? (HAHA!) Met Jess D. and her sister too. Lovely people.

ERIC'S GOOD FOOD GUIDE*

Might not be so great if you have it everyday but these yummys makes me happy... It claimed in bold font that "the cookie is BACK!!!"... if its printed in big bold letters then it must be true. Cookie from Streets is back. My question is when did it go away??

Thanks to Chai (pronounced Kai) for introducing me to Dean's Cafe and the snickerbar shakes. The eclectic little gem is cool for chillin with good company. They play great music too. Highly recommended.

UPN (a.k.a. masters of universe summer intensive elective)

Another subject. Another disappointment.
Not exactly sure what drove me to pick up a summer elective. Out of boredom? guilt? Over the 4 weeks we dissected and explored the existing condition of the Ultimo Pedestrian Network and its potential of the project to facilitate near future development in the area. My project involved UPN threshold, distilling connection thru TAFE connecting Broadway onto UPN and reinstate a small abandoned laneway back into the pedestrain spine. Potentially a great project but at the end it was another undercooked project that I didn't follow thru (though I was on painkillers for the last 2 weeks).
This trend in my projects is very alarming. Especially heading into my final year.

WISDOM

One word.
Painkillers.
